Privacy Policy

How Dirtbound respects and protects driver and visitor privacy.

1. Information Collection

Dirtbound does not require account registration to enjoy the 3D rally experience. When accessing Dirtbound.me, standard technical diagnostic data (such as browser vendor, screen resolution, operating system, language, and approximate region) may be processed to ensure WebGL shader compatibility.

2. Analytics and Performance Monitoring

We utilize lightweight, privacy-focused analytics to evaluate page delivery speeds, asset caching efficiency, and stage completion rates. These metrics are strictly aggregated and contain no personally identifiable records.

3. Local Browser Storage

Dirtbound utilizes client-side localStorage to remember your vehicle control preferences, volume settings, and recently played stage history. This data resides solely on your device and can be cleared at any time via browser settings.

4. Embedded Game and Leaderboards

The Dirtbound game is served directly via our secure edge-proxied infrastructure. Anonymous sector times submitted to global Daily Challenge leaderboards are cryptographically hashed and do not track personal identifiers.

5. Third-Party Advertising

Dirtbound may display non-intrusive advertising scripts provided by third-party partners such as bauval.org to support edge hosting and maintenance costs. These third parties may process technical device information or cookies in accordance with their privacy policies.

6. Your Privacy Choices

You can freely disable cookies, clear site data, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. Dirtbound honors Do Not Track requests and remains fully playable without persistent tracking.

7. Contact Us
