Dirtbound is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Players agree not to exploit glitches, inject malicious packets into online multiplayer rooms, or submit manipulated sector timestamps to Daily Challenge leaderboards.

All trademarks, 3D vehicle geometries, procedural terrain algorithms, and audiovisual assets associated with Dirtbound are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Availability & Performance

Dirtbound strives to maintain uninterrupted, low-latency 3D gameplay. However, gameplay performance may vary based on client hardware, GPU drivers, browser versions, and network latency. We reserve the right to deploy updates or modify features without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dirtbound and its contributors provide the site and game on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. To the fullest extent permissible under law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from site access or gameplay sessions.
